Return Policy
We want you to feel confident when ordering from General Jim’s. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following terms.
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Extended Holiday Returns
During the holiday season, all purchases made between November 1 and December 31 are eligible for return through January 31.
Website Orders and Return Process
If your order was placed on our website, please log in to your account using the Account option in the menu. Navigate to Your Orders and submit a return request.

For eligible domestic returns, a prepaid return label will be provided. A flat $7.99 USD return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund once the item is received and inspected.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A flat $7.99 USD restocking fee will also be deducted from all international refunds.

Third Party Marketplace Orders
For orders placed through third party websites such as Amazon, eBay, or Walmart, all returns must be initiated directly through those respective platforms and are subject to their individual return policies.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.
No Builder Left Behind Guarantee
Free parts replacement is always available. If a part is damaged or missing, we will replace it at no cost to you. Simply use our online parts replacement service for fast, hassle free support, so you can complete your build with confidence.
Exceptions and Non Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. Custom or special order items are not eligible for return. Items that have been assembled, partially built, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original purchase. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 7.99 restocking fee if applicable. Original shipping charges are non refundable. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
